On January 17th, The ‘2015 Winter Welcome Jam’ was held at The Wheel Mill skatepark in Pittsburgh, PA. The event drew a packed house of riders from all over the Pennsylvania area and beyond. Posted is the flyer for the Wedgewood Jam going down next Saturday, May 31st at 1pm in Lansdale, PA. The jam is for both BMX and Skateboarding and will include highest hop, best trick and long jump contests. Make sure you check the flyer for the address.

It is with great sadness that we inform you that Bob Wahl has passed away. The news of Bob’s death came through a post made by his sister on the Find Bob Wahl Facebook page yesterday. The details of his passing have not been disclosed.
Services will be held Saturday, Aug. 10 at 10 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Hatboro. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.

The final Chocolate Truck trailer is now online and the Chocolate Truck crew have two dates setup for the videos premiere. The video will be premiering on Friday, July 19th at The Arts Garage, 1533 Ridge Avenue in Philadelphia. Doors open at 8pm and the video starts at 8:30pm. There will be a second premiere held on Saturday, July 20th at 8:30pm at Dominate Bike Shop, 1021 Bristol Oxford Valley Road in Levittown, PA.

Joe “Butcher” Kowalski has been in the process of opening his own bike shop in Bethlehem, PA for the passed few months now and according to the ECD website The Block BMX Shop should be opening it’s doors to the public within the next few days. To coincide with the opening of his new shop Butcher has been releasing a three part video series title “The Block” featuring some of the local street riding talent including the Atown Trash crew.
