The annual Vans Pro Cup East Coast National returned to Woodward East on June 27th, 2019, and saw Clint Reynolds return to back up his 2018 win along with Chase Pauza (second place) and Jayden Mucha (third place) rounding out the top three. The final Regional Qualifier for the Vans BMX Pro Cup was hosted at Woodward East on June 29th with qualifying held the day prior (June 28th). The contest took place inside Woodward’s newly renovated concrete bowl, The Cage. The event was an all out battle between sixty riders for the invite to the first-ever Vans BMX Pro Cup World Championship in Huntington Beach, CA this August. In the end, Woodward local Ronnie Napolitan emerged victorious taking first place with Jamie Cooper-Ellis coming in second and Brandon Loupos in third.
